Cultural Performance: Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Namibia and China

It is the great pleasure that the artists from the Jiangsu Troupe of Arts come all the way to the Republic of Namibia to join the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between China and Namibia. As a prestigious professional troupe, it boasts over one hundred performers with its unique artistic style. A lot of works created and performed by the troupe has won awards nationwide. In recent years, the arts troupe has attended and held various large art festivals and parties at national, provincial and municipal level successfully. It has visited and performed in many countries, such as U.S.A, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Israel, Japan, Egypt, Morocco, Malta, San Marino. Their performances are popular with audiences inside and outside China. On this grand occasion tonight, we will present wonderful performances of south-China characteristic to our Chinese compatriots in Namibia as well as our all-weather Namibian friends. It is our sincere hope that our performance will make a solid contribution to further strengthening the friendship and cooperation between our two countries and two peoples.
